    The holiday season is upon us, but customer success is always on our minds. As we wrap up another hectic year and start returning to the pre-pandemic offline grind, it’s time to start looking into post-sales events coming up in 2024. Here are the top 18 customer success conferences that should be on your shortlist.

    1. CX Live: Voice of the Customer

    2. X4 Summit (Qualtrics)

    Last year, the X4 Summit, powered by one of the leading customer experience vendors, made a triumphant return after a two-year hiatus. It attracted over 10,000 attendees, featured eight visionary keynote speakers, and showcased 80+ customer-led case studies. Notably, actor and entrepreneur Ryan Reynolds delivered a headline keynote on the importance of creating authentic human connections in business.

    The event also included customer-led success stories, networking opportunities, and hands-on training. Among the notable speakers were Rob Swain, Global COO at KFC, Aarthi Murali, Chief COO at M&T Bank, and Shannon Costigan, Head of Leadership at BMO, who shared their insights and experiences.

    3. Adobe Summit

    The 2024 Adobe Summit conference is designed to expand your skill set, spark inspiration, and build connections, with 200+ in-person sessions and hands-on labs across 11 tracks. The summit will feature speakers like Ed Bastian(CEO, Delta), and Mary Barra (CEO, GM).

    While this year’s speakers have not yet been finalized, it’s just enough to look at the 2023 lineup to get excited – Dave Ricks (CEO, Eli Lilly and Company), Lisa Su (CEO, AMD), and Greg Hoffman (Former CMO, Nike) to name a few.

    4. TSIA World Interact

    Orlando World Center Marriott, 6-8 May

    TSIA World Interact is the tech industry conference that focuses on solutions to the toughest challenges facing technology solution providers. Featuring 100+ sessions delivering industry-validated data and insights, the event hosts a number of tech leaders and professionals from companies across the globe.     5. Customer Success Festival (CS Collective)

    Multiple global events roadshow, starting in Amsterdam in May, and continues all through 2024, ending in San Francisco. Check out all events here.

    The Customer Success Festival is essentially a world tour that will combine dozens of speakers, thousands of attendees, and hundreds of companies for non-stop networking, knowledge-sharing, keynotes, roundtables, and more. Nearly 85% of attendees are Senior Management professionals, which means that you’ll get direct access to success champions with proven track records. 

    Stay tuned for the speaker lists for the fall events, but the NYC event will feature speakers like Nikolai Chowdhury, Regional VP of Customer Success at Salesforce and Alan Olegario, Customer Success Account Director at Microsoft.     CSX 24 is one of the most anticipated customer experience conferences today and we must admit that we share the same sentiment. This is the 13th edition of this long-running series and extra focus will be put on AI-powered solutions this time.  Other key topic points will include contactless CX and multichannel customer connections, both extremely crucial to achieving sustainable growth today.

    he conference featured keynotes covering a range of industries, including retail, finance, healthcare, hospitality, and B2B. It successfully brought together senior-level decision-makers from top brands like Adobe, Sephora, Sprint, Verizon, Walgreens, and Microsoft.

    10. TSIA World Envision

    11. Digital Customer Experience Summit

    Powered by ChurnZero and frequented by leading post-sales influencers, Big RYG events are seen by many CS leaders as must-attend ones. The 2022 event was a huge success as expected, with Rahul Jain from Pendo,Sandi Lin from SkillJar, and Jason Lemkin from SaaStr strutting their CS stuff. This year’s edition should be promising as well with promising talks and plenty of networking opportunities..

    Arch Shetty, Head of Customer Success at Asana, will be amongst the speakers in this year’s edition. CX Specialist Yanique Grant and Jim VandeHai, Co-Founder and CEO at Axios, will also be sharing their thoughts.

    13. Customer Engagement Summit

    The Customer Engagement Summit will be one of the biggest customer experience conferences to wrap up the year and is a great option for CS and sales executives alike. We all know by now that the voice of the customer is of utmost importance. The attendees will get access to the latest and greatest techniques to tap into this voice. Customer engagement will also be in the spotlight this time around.

    In addition to the networking opportunities, last year’s event featured a hilarious live comedy program with Dom Joly. Attendees also had access to multiple topic streams, including ‘The Future of CX’, ‘CX Strategies for the Customer Journey’, and ‘Artificial Intelligence’, among others.

Over the past nine years, it has seen attendance from over 25,500 professionals spanning six continents. In its previous editions, Pulse has featured esteemed speakers such as Aaron Levie, CEO of Box; Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot; along with renowned authors and thought leaders like Nir Eyal and Geoffrey Moore.

    15. The Customer Summit

    Last year’s Customer Summit was Israel’s premier event for customer success and customer experience, boasting a long and impressive roster of speakers. Highlights included Ziv Peled, Chief Customer Officer at AppsFlyer; Varda Tirosh, Chief Customer Officer at Optimove; and Asaff Zamir, COO at Zencity. The edition also featured the much-admired Irit Eizips, CEO at CSM Practice, as one of the key speakers.

    You get served the main dishes at the get-go, with 5 simultaneous tracks being lashed out by the top experts. Just pick what’s most relevant to your use case and absorb exclusive information, while also networking with your peers.

    16. The Customer Conference

    The Customer Conference is a often frequented CS event for B2B and also non-tech companies that inspires and educates CS executives, CS professionals, CSMs, evangelists, and other post-sales professionals. It’s also a great place for SaaS professionals and executives to meet, make new connections, and discuss where customer success is going in 2024 and beyond.

    17. CS100 Summit

    The 5th edition of the CS100 Summit (2023) was held at the amazing Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah and featured speakers from The Job Doctor, Qualtrics, ClientSuccess, ChurnRX, Loom and more. This customer success conference brought together top leaders and post-sales professionals to network, listen to talks, and get inspired. The 2024 event is yet to be announced, but we expect it to be equally amazing.

    18. Customer Success Summit (Totango)

    Totango is a strong player in the customer success event space, with its Customer Success Summit attracting globally recognized speakers, influencers, and experts. The 2023 installment was no exception, with over 30 talks by professionals from ESG, Extreme Networks, Waystar, Higher Logic, The Success League, and more.
