    The holiday season is upon us, but customer success is always on our minds. As we wrap up another hectic year and start returning to the pre-pandemic offline grind, it’s time to start looking into post-sales events coming up in 2023. Here are the top 13 customer success conferences that should be on your shortlist.

    1. CX Live: Voice of the Customer

    Online Event, 15-16 February

    The CX Live Event aims to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding and meeting customer needs. Designed for senior CX decision-makers, the event will showcase tools and techniques for collecting customer feedback, feedback integration, and sentiment analysis. Furthermore, you’ll learn what to actually do with these actionable insights.

    Speakers this year will include Muss Haq, Strategic Customer Insight Leader at TSB Bank and Joe Goldberg, Brand Strategy Lead at Santander. That’s not all. Registration for this online CS event is completely free of charge.

    2. X4 Summit (Qualtrics)

    Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, 7-9 March

    Powered by one of the leading customer experience vendors today, X4 Summit will be back after a two-year hiatus, with over 10,000+ attendees, eight visionary keynote speakers, and 80+ customer-led case studies. Actor and entrepreneur Ryan Reynolds will deliver a headline keynote on why creating authentic human connections is good business. But that’s just the beginning.

    X4 summit will feature customer-led success stories, networking, and hands-on training. Rob Swain, Global COO at KFC, Aarthi Murali, Chief COO at M&T Bank, and Shannon Costigan, Head of Leadership at BMO will be amongst the speakers.

    3. Adobe Summit

    Las Vegas and Virtual, 19-23 March

    The 2023 Adobe Summit conference is designed to expand your skill set, spark inspiration, and build connections, with 200+ in-person sessions and hands-on labs across 11 tracks. The summit will feature speakers like Rosalind Brewer of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc and John Donahoe of NIKE, Inc. Actress and producer Kristen Bell will host Adobe Sneaks to share future technologies and top upcoming projects.

    While this year’s speakers have not yet been finalized, it’s just enough to look at the 2022 lineup to get excited – John Donahoe (CEO, Nike), Rosalind Brewer (CEO, Walgreen Boots Alliance Inc.), and Deborah Wahl (CMO, GM) to name a few.

    4. TSIA World Interact

    Orlando World Center Marriott, 8-10 May

    TSIA World Interact is the tech industry conference that focuses on solutions to the toughest challenges facing technology solution providers. Featuring 100+ sessions delivering industry-validated data and insights, the event hosts a number of tech leaders and professionals from companies across the globe. TSIA member companies include Informatica, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, and Google.

    Tracks will include Innovation in Customer Success, Data & Analytics, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Service Offer Management, and more. You’ll also get to experience the virtual InteractZone to meet the TSIA partner ecosystem.

    5. Pulse

    San Francisco Marriott Marquis, San Francisco, 17-18 May

    Pulse is one of the largest gatherings of customer success, product, and community professionals. Dubbed as software’s biggest conference on durable growth, Pulse 2023 comprises 72 Sessions and 8 Tracks. Over the past nine years, 25,500+ attendees from 6 continents have attended the events. Past speakers include Aaron Levie, CEO of Box, Yamini Rangan, CEO of Hubspot, Nir Eyal, and Geoffrey Moore.

    6. Customer Success Festival (CS Collective)

    Las Vegas, 24-25 May

    The Customer Success Festival will combine 20+ speakers, 100+ attendees, and 100+ companies for non-stop networking, knowledge-sharing, keynotes, roundtables, and more.     9. NGCX

    The Westin Copley Place, Boston, MA, 31 July – 1 August

    The popular NGCX conference is a place for America’s top executives responsible for customer experience to meet, get inspired, and strategize for the future of CX. With keynotes that span industries like retail, finance, healthcare, hospitality, and B2B, NGCX conference brings together senior-level decision-makers and top brands like Adobe, Sephora, Sprint, Verizon, Walgreens, and Microsoft.

    76% of the event attendees are from post-sales and marketing circles, with almost 50% serving in leadership and management roles. This simply means that networking at NGCX is almost guaranteed to bring you results.

    10. Digital Customer Experience Summit

    Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, 7-8 November

    One of the largest digital customer experience events is cruising into its 10th year, bringing together Directors, VPs, and CXOs from a broad spectrum of organizations and industries. Pro tip – Just “fill your funnel” with past attendees.

    Powered by ChurnZero and frequented by leading post-sales influencers, Big RYG events are seen by many CS leaders as must-attend ones.  The 2022 event was a huge success as expected, with Rahul Jain from Pendo,Sandi Lin from SkillJar, and Jason Lemkin from SaaStr strutting their CS stuff. This year’s edition should be promising as well, but details and pricing are yet to be finalized.

    12. CS100 Summit

    Utah, 2023 Date Not Yet Announced
    Participation Fee: TBD

    The 5th edition of the CS100 Summit (2022) was held at the amazing Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah and featured speakers from Swiftly, Gong, Divvy, ProfitWell, Box, and more. This customer success conference brought together top leaders and post-sales professionals to network, listen to talks, and get inspired. The 2023 event is yet to be announced, but we expect it to be equally amazing.

    13. Customer Success Summit (Totango)

    California, 2023 Date Not Yet Announced

    Totango is a strong player in the customer success event space, with its Customer Success Summit attracting globally recognized speakers, influencers, and experts. The 2022 installment was no exception, with over 30 talks by professionals from GitHub, Varicent, Waystar, Extreme, Valuecore, and more.
