The Staircase integration for Slack enables connecting Slack channels with customers to Staircase AI for the analysis of customer sentiment, response time, and other insightful metrics.
In addition, it enables pushing Staircase AI notifications in real time to configured channels.
Analyze customer communication in Slack channels. Staircase AI will detect sentiment, lifecycle events, and other signals sent by your customers via Slack messages.

Go to settings to connect your organization’s Slack workspace to Staircase AI. It takes about a minute and must be done by a Slack (and Staircase AI) admin. This step enables connecting Slack channels with customers to Staircase AI, it also enables setting Slack channels as a destination for Staircase AI notifications.
After authorizing Staircase AI with Slack mapping channels with customers to Staircase AI can be done from within the channel by any member of the channel.
